Shipping policy

Orders will ship as soon as they are ready. Custom orders can take as long as 7-10 business days to become ready for shipping. Each item will have the estimated time it will take to ship on the individual product listing. 

Letters from Santa will ship within 10-14 business days after purchase. 

You will receive another e-mail with your tracking or pickup information when your item has shipped, or is ready for pickup.
