At Knapp Design Co., each item is crafted with care and intention. Please review our refund and exchange policy before placing your order.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any items unless they arrive damaged. If your order is damaged in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. To process a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacements for Errors
In the rare event of a misspelling or typo on a personalized item that was made in our studio, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Eligibility Window
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
